Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority Gateway Project

The Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority (OOCEA) initiated several Gateway Projects to improve mobility in southeast Orange County, Florida. OOCEA contracted with CCI to install landscaping and irrigation for their first project at the intersection of State Road 417 and International Drive in Orlando. We were selected for this high-visibility, multi-million-dollar job based on our cost-effective solutions, our experience and qualifications, and our solid bonding capacity.

This project is an excellent example of our full range of services and capabilities:

  • Landscape and irrigation installation
  • Mass grading
  • Installation of drainage/dewatering infrastructure
  • Installation of electrical infrastructure
  • Concrete pouring
  • Pond installation, including assembly and installation of special pond liner
